Shipping and Billing Policies

DCR will ship in-stock products FOB from the DCR office location originating the shipment to all customers in good standing within one business day of order placement.  All shipments will be delivered via UPS ground service unless otherwise noted. You will be responsible for all freight charges and shipping/handling charges. A shipping/handling fee will accompany each package shipped. Damages that occur during shipment are the responsibility of you and the shipping company involved. Payment terms will be based on your account status (net, COD, etc.). Product returns will be accepted for incorrect, unopened, and undamaged products. All incorrect orders are subject to a restocking fee if returned. Certain special order items are non-refundable.
